Responsible for bringing quality to the sales process
Monitoring daily reports & call recordings
Analysing reports and introducing corrective measures
Bridging the gap between the Sales and Post-Sales team
Implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) in the process
Presenting ideas and suggestions to improve the process growth
Implementing Lean Approach and help in effective cost management
Good communication & understanding skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Process
Certification in Six Sigma/Lean or related certification is preferred
Good analytical skills and knowledge of tools
Problem-solving & team coordination skills
