·Basic understanding of various departments and tracking and recording their KPI’s.
Record, compile, and prepare reports for analysis and evaluation.
Assist with auditing, writing, revising and verifying quality standards and developing forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality data.
Document and implement inspection criteria and procedures.
Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors.
Instruct staff in quality control and analytical procedures.
Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, data sheets and process sheets.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
Must have experience in BPO / KPO / IT / Real Estate / ITES industry.
Must have some certifications on Quality Analyst / Process Analyst / Quality Management.
Quality control certification (Added Advantage).
