Team coordination – Project site engineers provide on–site guidance to designers, architects and other personnel. They should be able to successfully coordinate team members’ activities throughout the experience center set-up process.
Project management – Project management is another major duty. Project site engineers should have some familiarity with planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving skills – Project elements can change during execution process. Project site engineers must be able to rapidly adapt and solve technical and operational problems.
Budgeting – Project site engineers acquire and analyse material and manpower estimates for each project, so they frequently collaborate on budgeting and financial oversight tasks for these projects. Prepare scheduled and necessary updates of activities and analysis of the ongoing and upcoming projects. Maintain budgetary, scheduling, and project database oversight, and report regularly to project manager to keep him / her constantly informed of job progress, plans and problems that could significantly affect costs.
