Oversee the team’s progress regionwise and ensure quality and SOP compliance.
Identifying potential / ideal locations to set up experience centers as per the organization’s requirements.
Site inspection and evaluation – Inspect and evaluate experience center sites & project engineer’s progress throughout the execution process.
Team coordination – Provide guidance to juniors and on–site guidance to designers, architects and other personnel. They should be able to successfully coordinate team members’ activities throughout the experience center set-up process.
Project Management – Provide support and feedback wherever necessary while planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving skills – Provide support and eEnsure the team rapidly adapts and solve technical and operational problems.
Budgeting – Oversee the project engineer’s job progress, plans and problems that could significantly affect costs.
Manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications.
