HR Advisor/Manager

Job description

The HR Advisor/Manager must ensure that the recruitment and selection procedures/practices meet the business’s needs.

Responsibilities

The candidate should be able to speak English and Hindi fluently

The candidate should have prior experience in handling a team

Should know MS Office and should be able to prepare PPTs and reports regarding HR activities

Candidate should have good presentation skills

Extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies

Good experience in hiring candidates through various channels

Sourcing candidates from the internal database and job portals as per the requirement

Design job descriptions for various designations

Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

Coordinate and conduct document verification

Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees

Negotiating with job portals for signing MoUs

Coordinate with teams for the training activities

Completing the onboarding process for new joiners

Coordinate with the accounts team for reimbursement

Find the best possible ways to make the process more effective

Handling manpower/staff in the company

Coordinate with different department heads regarding work related to HR tasks

Should know labour laws, payroll, TDS, PF, ESI & PT

Coordinate with the Accounts team monthly regarding payroll processing

The candidate should be willing to travel to different branch offices in India as per business requirements

The candidate should have a valid Indian passport and should be willing to travel overseas to company branch offices as per business requirements
