Dedicated to the craft of masterful persuasion, our Sales department is responsible for bringing in clients and retaining them. From visiting potential clients’ homes, explaining our product range to suggesting the best product and everything in between, the Sales department is always on the go. Analysing, strategising, maintaining tact and effectively communicating are some of the skills that make up a successful player in this department.
The HR department is truly the machine that keeps the wheels turning. The HR team at Elite is responsible for the full life cycle of an employee’s recruitment, training and termination. Handling employee-benefits implementation, employer-employee relations, overseeing the maintenance of company culture, developing a safe work environment and managing disciplinary actions make up the integral components of this department.
At Elite, the Customer Relationship Management department is in charge of handling relations with our clients. This can include setting up plans to deal with clients’ issues, tracking clients’ products/ongoing complaints, providing updates and following up with them regarding their products. Members of this department are tasked with keenly understanding our clients’ needs and making sure there is a plan in place to fulfil clients’ needs.
The Elite Marketing team handles all the digital, social and print channels of marketing. This team is responsible for sending the word out and creatively attracting potential clients. Sourcing leads, creating actionable content, Search Engine Optimisation, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing and paid ad campaigns are just some of the marketing activities undertaken by our team. The team works towards the common goal of meeting the business’s growth targets. Deep knowledge of client behaviour, effectively using media to communicate our services, demographic and market analysis and strategising are the skills we typically look for in a marketing team member.
The IT team handles all the technical needs of the company. Our IT team is bifurcated into two: one team handles the hardware and software needs of the office while the other handles all the web development and maintenance requirements of our official websites and applications. Strong knowledge of hardware, software, code, analytical, communication, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are what we expect of the team members.
Elite’s Quality department is responsible for maintaining a certain level of excellence in our products and services. As with any accomplished quality department, ours also determines and implements a quality policy and maps out and implements quality planning, quality assurance, quality control and quality improvement. Key skills required here are competent knowledge of consumer behaviour specifically in our niche, quality control standards, good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills.
At Elite, members of the Operations team handle all the administrative and coordination activities of the organisation. They are responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day operations. From planning, coordinating and communicating to assisting and managing, the role of an operations executive encompasses a wide range of activities. Decision-making, interpersonal relations, data-processing, planning and budget management are some of the key skills required in members of our Operations department.
Our Accounts department manages the economic activities of the organization. This includes but is not limited to preparing a budget, yearly statements, maintenance of accounting records, payroll management, preparation of client invoices and payment of bills. All the financial data processed and recorded by the Accounts team helps us in the final yearly audits. Attention to detail, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, knowledge of accounting principles and a good head for numbers are the key skills required in this department.
