Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel
Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
Alerting the sales team regarding opportunities for further sales within key clients
Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients
Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
Schedule periodic maintenance for the client
Register complaints and contact clients to understand the complaint
Take steps to resolve the complaints
Audit and update complaint sheets
Prepare and update weekly and monthly goals
Inform clients on transport details and provide a heads up on any payments
Inform client on organising for unloading of material, scaffolding and any civil works
Arrange a pre-installation check with our technician to ensure the site is ready for installation
Candidates with a 100% Australian accent only should apply
Minimum 3 years of experience in international voice process (preferably Australian process)
Candidate should work the Australian Shift Timings (3 am – 1 pm)
Excellent communication skills in English
Good relationship management and networking skills
Pleasing personality with the ability to understand client needs and execute the same
Enjoy working in a highly charged environment
Well-versed in MS Office – Excel/Word/PowerPoint
Immediate joiners are preferred
